Returns: Fun Party Toys in Home adult parties have a clear return policy, ALL products are non refundable due to hygiene reasons and our obligation to other customers with regard to health and safety. NO Credit will be given. All items are quality checked before sold. Nevertheless, in spite of our many checks we realize that occasional faulty items get through. Any product with a GENUINE manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis. However this must be within 3 days of receipt of product. Should you feel the need to return any faulty good this will only be done at our own discretion and we will deal with returns quickly and efficiently aiming to resolve and returned good within 2-4 working days upon receipt. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery or some other traceable method in the original packaging. Fun Party Toys will not be liable for postage on returns. Fun Party Toys reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable , unjustified, frivolous or the customers own making.
